The LM has a coat colored black and white or black/white roan with hair of medium length.
Males are 23.5-26 in and and females are 22-25.5 ins at the shoulder and weigh 58-76 lbs.
Baron Kurt von Kleist imported the first Large Munsterlanders to North America.
More information on the Large Munsterlander breed can be found at the Large Munsterlander

Snowy Oak's Nyssa was the dam of our
Hunting Hills B litter. Her NA test score was
94, prize III.
She was a relentless tracker, and retreiver.
She loved to search for game
The puppies always enjoy a romp in the perinneal garden, especially the hostas
After a day of training, Nyssa enjoyed cooling off in a wet
mud puddle. Both Large and Small Munsterlanders are
very clean dogs. A swim in the river would quickly restore
the beautiful white/black or white/brown coat.
Most times the Munsters would pick out all of the burrs
from their coats on the ride home from the hunt or
training session
