The 2002 SMCNA Conference was held at Hunting Hills Kennel farm in Brainard,
Nebraska. Thursday evening Tom and Sharon McDonald hosted a dinner for SMCNA to
meet Dr. George Padgett. On Friday Dr. Padgett gave his talk to all interested SMCNA
members. Saturday was the Quail Hunt, Annual Business Meeting, Sporting Clays at Oak
Creek, the Calcutta and dinner at the farm. Sunday was the Quail Finals and the
Executive Board Meeting. The 2002 was very enjoyable for all who attended
